Using advanced, patented technology, Lakeland's PushPans have a unique, integrated silicone seal on their loose bases, which ensures that not a drop of cake mixture will find its way out of the pan. Since water can't get in either, PushPans are incredible for baking a cheesecake in a water bath without the need to fashion a lining from parchment or wrap the outsides of the pan in foil first. This ingenious design means you can also easily push out any depth of cake for perfect presentation, whether it's a Victoria sponge, chocolate cake, cheesecake or gateau. Just place the pan on a tall can and push down to release the silicone seal and release your creations perfectly.

Made from heavy gauge, silver anodised aluminium, PushPans provide even heat distribution without hot spots for beautifully baked results, are oven safe to 230°C, freezer safe and suitable for use with metal utensils.
